YJZ-500A Fully Automatic High Strength Bolt Testing Machine is specifically designed to test the torque coefficient of high-strength bolts of steel structures. During the entire testing process, except for manual installation and removal of bolts, all other steps are automatically operated. The product complies with Q/320211JCD01-2005 "Technical Conditions for High Strength Bolt Automatic Tester" GBT1228-2006, GBTT1229-2006, GBT1230-2006, GBT1231 applicable standards: 2006, GB/T3633-1995 and other standards related to high-strength bolt connection pairs for steel structures.

1.Realize automatic tightening, loosening, and resetting of large hexagonal and torsion shear high-strength bolts, with a high degree of automation, convenient and fast operation.
2.LCD instruments can display parameters such as axial force, torque, torque coefficient, and automatically calculate output standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The machine is also equipped with data storage and query functions.
3.The controller has a built-in printer that can achieve print output.
