Standards
    Satisfying the national standard (GB/T9647-2015 Determination Method for Ring Stiffness of Thermoplastic Pipes), it is mainly used for the determination of ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes and fiberglass pipes with circular cross-sections. It meets the requirements of PE double arm corrugated pipes, wrapped pipes, and various pipe standards, and can complete tests such as ring stiffness, ring flexibility, flatness, bending, and weld tensile of pipes. It has button speed regulation, digital display of test force displacement, peak holding, automatic shutdown for damage, overcurrent and overload automatic protection functions.
Product Features
    1. The machine adopts a four column frame dual space structure; pull up and press down.
    2. The speed control system adopts servo speed control system and servo motor, with stable and reliable performance, and mechanical protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, etc.
    3. The transmission part adopts a circular arc synchronous toothed belt and a precision ball screw pair for smooth transmission, no noise, and high transmission efficiency.
    4. The universal joint adopts a cross pin structure and has a swing angle limiting function. On the one hand, it is convenient for sample clamping, ensuring the concentricity of the test, and on the other hand, it effectively eliminates the impact of irregular samples on sensors.
    5. Equipped with a special ring stiffness deformation measurement device to ensure more accurate deformation results.
    6. Three models are suitable for pipe diameters below 1000mm, 2000mm, and 3000mm.
