The WT (F) -1212 steady-state heat transfer property testing system is a fully automatic detection system developed by our company after learning from the experience and lessons of previous equipment and related products from other manufacturers.

Equipment principle

According to GB/T13475-2008 "Determination and Calibration of Steady State Heat Transfer Properties of Building Components and Protection Hot Box Method", the testing method of WT (F) -1212 device is the protection hot box method, which is based on the one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer principle and simulates the heat transfer of the surrounding structural components in all seasons. The components are placed between two boxes with different temperature fields, and the hot box simulates indoor or outdoor air temperature, wind speed, and radiation conditions in summer; Cold box simulates the air temperature and speed in outdoor or indoor air-conditioned rooms during summer. After several hours of operation, the entire device has reached a stable state, forming a stable temperature field and velocity field. After measuring the surface temperature on both sides of the specimen, the air temperature, the surface temperature of the hot and cold side guide screen, the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the measuring box wall, and the power of the electric heater input to the hot box (the fan power input to the hot box), the main parameters such as the heat transfer coefficient of the specimen, the unbalanced heat loss of the specimen, the specific thermal resistance, the thermal conductivity, the specific thermal resistance of the hot and cold side surfaces, and the total specific thermal resistance can be calculated.
