This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of T 0605-2011 Asphalt Ductility Test in JTG E20-2011 Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Specification of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for measuring the length of petroleum asphalt when it is stretched to fracture at a certain speed under the specified conditions and at a certain temperature according to the method specified in GB/T 4508-2010 or T 0605-2011 standard, expressed in mm.
It is suitable for measuring the elongation of asphalt and liquid asphalt distillation residue, asphalt lotion evaporation residue and other materials of various specifications and models. It can automatically measure and control the temperature, stepless speed regulation device, and can conduct three model tests at the same time. It can realize the selection of various stretching speeds, and is widely used in production, road construction and scientific research departments, and is more suitable for the test of modified asphalt.

Features:

1. The automatic design concept is adopted. There is no screw rod, guide rail and other devices in the test groove. The sample installation is extremely convenient, and the maximum tensile length is 1.5 meters.

2. The thermostatic water tank adopts 304 stainless steel double-layer design, and is equipped with circulating water tank and static water tank. The temperature of the static water tank is uniform without flow.

3. Servo motor drive design, smooth and synchronous stretching process, uniform speed, no jitter, and accurate ductility display.

4. After stretching, the stretcher can quickly and automatically return and accurately locate.

5. Adopt LCD display, high-precision LCD temperature controller with display accuracy of 0.01 ºC, temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ºC, touch key control, waterproof, durable and convenient to clean.
