The surface vibration compactor vibrates the compaction plate vertically on the surface of the sample, and the compaction force is propagated from top to bottom. After the particle edges are sheared and broken, the particle positions are rearranged and moved to the most stable position under the corresponding geotechnical test regulations and standard conditions, so that the soil is compacted.

Product Overview
This test method is based on the requirements of the industry standard JTGD50-2006 of the People's Republic of China. The YZS-2 vibration compaction molding test machine is the latest designed vibration compaction molding machine with various indicators superior to or equivalent to those of imported vibration compaction machines from the United States. The YZS-2 vibration compaction molding test machine is suitable for various specimens formed by vibration compaction method to form inorganic binder stabilized granular materials, including cylindrical specimens used for testing unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength, and compressive rebound modulus, and beam specimens used for testing thermal shrinkage coefficient, dry shrinkage coefficient, flexural strength, and flexural rebound modulus.
Adjusting the vibration parameters of the vibration forming machine, a static pressure of 1900N~3000N (calibrated at the factory) is generally selected for stabilizing inorganic binder granules. If other pressures are required, matching counterweights can be used to balance the weight according to requirements, with an excitation force of 6800~6900N. Due to the differences in the natural frequency of different base materials and the vibration frequency of road rollers on the market, the vibration frequency is between 28~40Hz. The best compaction effect is when the natural frequency and impact frequency are consistent.
